Responsibilities:

    Seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and support international trainee programs. Ideal candidate brings strong program coordination, cross-cultural engagement, and administrative leadership experience.

    Duties:

    • Manage employee scheduling, performance monitoring, and evaluations

    • Supervise and support trainees in the International Program

    • Conduct staff and intern orientation, training, and certification

    • Coordinate cultural exchange events and collaborate with international partners

    • Review operational checklists to ensure company compliance

    • Train staff on hospitality systems (Fidelio, Encore, MSI, Profit Manager)

    • Assist with intern travel, visa processing, and housing

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Educational back ground in hotel management, business management, Social science; or related inter disciplinary field

    • Administrative and program leadership experience

    • Strong background in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration

    • Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills

    • Skilled in project management, digital tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce), and customer relations

    • Demonstrated leadership through international programs

    • Valid driver’s license required
