Seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and support international trainee programs. Ideal candidate brings strong program coordination, cross-cultural engagement, and administrative leadership experience.
Duties:
Manage employee scheduling, performance monitoring, and evaluations
Supervise and support trainees in the International Program
Conduct staff and intern orientation, training, and certification
Coordinate cultural exchange events and collaborate with international partners
Review operational checklists to ensure company compliance
Train staff on hospitality systems (Fidelio, Encore, MSI, Profit Manager)
Assist with intern travel, visa processing, and housing
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Educational back ground in hotel management, business management, Social science; or related inter disciplinary field
Administrative and program leadership experience
Strong background in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration
Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills
Skilled in project management, digital tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce), and customer relations
Demonstrated leadership through international programs
Valid driver’s license required
